One Breath of Yoga is a center in the Mayan jungle with a permanent Mysore yoga style program. The center also offers many other workshops like Raw Food, Temazcals and Medicinal Ceremonies to help people in their process of Transformation and Self-Realization.
Our Shala is dedicated to traditional Ashtanga practice. We have a daily Mysore program, workshops and week long immersions (1 month retreat in August). Including pranayama, meditation, mantra and Yoga Nidra.
