Unlock your highest potential!

We invite you to immerse yourself in the jungle while diving deep into the self.

These retreats provide a safe container to explore the self and heal.

Through our sacred ceremonies we heal trauma, explore the consciousness, and move the energy that's stagnant in your life.

Through yoga and breath, we bring spiritual strength and provide tools to find your inner healer.

Through movement and yoga, we learn how to connect to our own body as well as surrender and listen to another body and find an authentic connection by allowing ourselves to be vulnerable.

Each day starts with Meditation and Yoga practice, followed by an organic vegan meal.

After the meal, each day would be a movement practice such as dance, mindful movement, ecstatic dance, various shamanic ceremonies, or activities in the natural cenotes.
