This Yoga Alliance Certified 200-RYT Ashtanga Vinyasa program that will give you the confidence and qualification to start teaching yoga classes in studios and retreat centres worldwide.

Program
Every Week start on a SUNDAY with Led class, and Temazcal ceremony

‪Monday to Friday ‬
‪7:30am -10:00am : Mysore Practice‬
‪10:00am -11:00am : Breakfast ‬
‪
11:00am -1:00pm : Philosophy and Ashtanga System/ anatomy/ pranayama/ Sanskrit ‬depending of the week.
3:00pm – 5:00pm Asanas clinic ‬

During the program we also offer ceremonies of sacred medecine like Kambo, Ayahuasca and Bufo.
It’s all optional but it’s part of the process and work of this special 200 hours YTT.
These ceremonies are extra cost as they are optional for the student.
