The Ashram Opens its Doors
What if this was the time you finally came back to yourself?
A space to turn inward, a reset in the jungle, held by community, rooted in yourself.
One week or one month, shaped around you - live, practise, and grow with us.
This October, One Breath of Yoga opens its doors for an immersion into Ashtanga Yoga, Mysore practice and community living.
A chance to step away from the rhythm of everyday life and dedicate time to yourself — deepening your practice, quietening the mind, reconnecting with your body and nature around you.
Monday-Friday
Each morning begins with Mysore-style Yoga Ashtanga practice, followed by breakfast together.
Later in the morning there is a two-hour workshop exploring a different dimension of the practice each day — philosophy, pranayama, asana technique, meditation, chanting and the deeper study of the Ashtanga lineage.
The afternoons are free. Time to rest, study, explore the jungle and pools, or simply slow down.

Sundays - Full Retreat day
Every Sunday we come together for a deeper day of practice and ceremony:
- Ashtanga Primary Series Led Class
- Meals together
- 2 x Temazcal ceremony
- Cacao Ceremony or Kirtan
Ashram Living
Our jungle ashram in Puerto Morelos — yoga spaces, pools, communal areas and a rhythm of shared daily life that becomes part of the practice itself.
More than just practising yoga every morning, an opportunity to live the practice — to step away from distraction, build discipline and routine, and spend time surrounded by nature and community.
Accommodation is available as part of your stay — or you can join us each day from nearby.

Plant Medicine
For those who feel called, there will also be the possibility to participate in additional plant medicine ceremonies during the immersion, including:
- Kambo
- Bufo Alvarius
- Ayahuasca ceremonies
These ceremonies are completely optional and are not included in the immersion price. Participation is subject to our usual screening and preparation process.
The Ashram opens the doors for You
Whatever brings you here, you are welcome. We receive you as you are — your level, your needs, your timing — and shape the experience around you.
If you have been feeling the pull to take time for yourself, deepen your practice and experience life in an ashram in the Mexican jungle — we would love to welcome you
