Host Your Retreat at One Breath of Yoga

You know the container matters as much as what you bring to it. A space that is held — where the energy is right, where the meals are clean, where the house itself has done this kind of work for years — changes what is possible for your group.
One Breath of Yoga is a living ashram in the Mayan jungle of Puerto Morelos, Mexico. A real home, not a retreat center. The space has been host to yoga trainings, plant medicine retreats, cacao circles, sound healing, breathwork, and ceremony since 2015. It knows how to hold people.
You bring your group. We hold the space, and we hold you.

We Hold You
Alex is the person who makes it possible for you to be fully present with your group. From the first conversation to the last day, she is your dedicated point of contact — handling everything so your attention stays where it belongs.
- Pre-retreat planning — Alex works with you well before you arrive. Programme structure, logistics, dietary needs, timing, special requirements. Every detail agreed in advance so there are no surprises.
- On-the-ground coordination — During your retreat, Alex is there. She manages the space, the staff, the schedule. You don’t carry the logistics. You hold your group.
- Sacred ceremony coordination — If your retreat includes Temazcal, Cacao, Sound Healing, Breathwork, or other practices, Alex helps organize and facilitate. She knows how this kind of work runs.
- Post-retreat follow-up — Support continues after your group leaves.
- Cleaning and all staff services — Fully covered throughout your stay.
- Social media promotion — We share your retreat on the One Breath channels to support visibility for your event.
- Bikes — Available for guests who want to explore the surroundings between sessions.
- WiFi — Reliable internet access across the property.
Ceremonies & Sacred Practices
If your retreat includes sacred practices, our team can hold them with you — or for you. These are available at an additional cost:
-
- Temazcal
- Cacao Ceremony
- Breathwork
- Sound Healing
- Kambo
- Bufo
- Ayahuasca
Each of these is something our team holds regularly. They are not arranged through third parties — they are part of the life of this house. If you want to include any of them, we can discuss what makes sense for your group.
This Space, With You in Mind
Yoga teachers. Plant medicine facilitators. Breathwork leaders. Sound healers. Retreat organizers of any kind — for those who deeply believe in the work they do and genuinely care for the people in their group.
One Breath is not the right space for every retreat. It is an ashram — simple, grounded, without resort-style luxury. What it offers is something harder to find: a home that has held years of real practice, and a community that receives your group as part of its own.
If you are looking for a space that holds the same values you hold, we open our home for you.
