What if this was the time you finally came back to yourself?
For one week or the whole month, the ashram opens its doors for an immersion into Ashtanga yoga, Mysore practice and community living. A chance to step away from the rhythm of everyday life and give time to yourself: to deepen your practice, quieten the mind, and reconnect with your body and the nature around you. You are received as you are, with your level, your needs and your timing.
Each morning begins with Mysore-style Ashtanga, followed by breakfast together. Later in the morning, a two-hour workshop explores a different dimension of the practice each day: philosophy, pranayama, asana technique, meditation, chanting and the deeper study of the Ashtanga lineage. Afternoons are free, to rest, study, explore the jungle and pools, or simply slow down.
A fuller day of practice and ceremony: a led Primary Series class, temazcal, cacao or kirtan, and meals together.
More than practising every morning, this is a chance to live the practice: to step away from distraction, build discipline and routine, and spend time surrounded by nature and community. You can stay at the ashram or join each day from nearby.
For those who feel called, ayahuasca, kambo and bufo ceremonies are also possible during the immersion. They are optional, not included in the immersion price, and follow our usual screening and preparation.
