Starting November 30th ! Our one week Full Power retreat is back. Our favourite retreat full of beautiful and transformational offerings. We will be opening the space for: - Daily Ashtanga Yoga - Meditation and pranayama - Beautiful accommodation here in the jungle of Puerto Morelos - Daily chef cooked vegan food - Temazcal - Cacao ceremony - Kambo - Bufo Alvarius - Sacred Abuelita ceremonyAll ceremonies are optional so this retreat can be tailored perfectly to each person. 15 years ago ! Micheal and Coco practising together! A lot had changed over these passing years but we are very lucky that both Micheal and Coco are still deepening their practices, and will be sharing their knowledge and wisdom about the Ashtanga sequence with us in our upcoming 300hr TTC.Combining their different styles of teaching and practising our 300hr is a teacher training not to be missed. Starting 8th March to 11th April 2025 we have a 5 week course fully packed with: Asana practise, yogic philosophy, anatomy, sacred plant medicines and a whole lot more.We are very excited for our 3rd instalment of this TTC and welcome all that feel ready to start this powerful journey. The price of the surgery for his knee has gone up so now we are trying to help him raise $150,000mxn.For those that have met him you will know he is humble kind man who would not ask for help unless he was very much in need ! In the second photo you can see the issue he has with his leg which is now causing him severe pain meaning he is now not able to work.We trust that we will be able to help him in this process to recovery as a means of giving back to him for all he gives. Hello family!We are starting this GO FUND ME with the intention to raise enough money for our magic Jenero.Our brother is very much in need in this moment, he has had very serious health problems for the last 5 years. He was shot in his knee and the complications have got worse as time passes. He does not have the funds or means to be able to get the surgery and has been suffering trying to complete daily tasks and life. He is from a very humble local family that do not have the same access to medicine, hospitals etc.. There would be no way for him to get this surgery without our help.He is a very beloved part of the One Breath family and has been working here since the start of our journey. He has worked on this land and given all his love and attention to our land, our team and family that has been through our doors.If you have been part of our offerings you will know him for his calm, approachable and kind demeanours. And it is very important for us to be able to help him in this moment of need and show him that we are family and want to help him.
