Yoga
Ashtanga Vinyasa taught in the Mysore tradition — which means the practice meets you where you are, not the other way around. Morning classes in the open-air shala, surrounded by jungle. Guided and self-practice. Deep adjustments. A lineage held carefully, passed directly.

Ceremonies
The daily practice builds something in you — steadiness, openness, the quiet that comes from showing up again and again. The ceremonies take you further. Into what the practice has been preparing you for. Pant medicine rituals held by Pamela throughout the training, with full preparation and integration support woven through the four weeks.
Most graduates say it changes not just what they teach — but what they understand teaching to be.
Community
An ashram in the Mayan jungle of Puerto Morelos, thirty minutes from Cancun Airport. It is a living community — long-term residents, volunteers, musicians, and practitioners share the space. Meals are prepared by Foko, our resident chef, who brings years of Ayurvedic and raw food experience to every table.
By the end of the four weeks, most people stop thinking of it as a place. It starts to feel like home.

Is This for You?
Most people arrive following a feeling they couldn’t fully explain — a sense that it was time to go deeper, even if they didn’t yet know what deeper meant.
This is for those who want to understand the practice from the inside. The breath, the lineage, the philosophy, what it actually means to teach. For those who are willing to live simply, practise daily, and be in real community for four weeks.
If that is what you are looking for — you are in the right place.

I did the 200hrs TTC here and it was truly a wonderful and transforming experience. Coco is the best yoga teacher you could wish for. She is very experienced, passionate and caring. Her ashram is a magical place where you can find inner peace and meet wonderful people. I found a family apart from home. Thank you for everything! 🙏🏼

A great transformational sanctuary. The ashram is a very peaceful sanctuary. The ashtanga tradition is upheld and taught with so much care by coco. The plant medicine ceremonies performed by Pamela and Ivan are beautiful and cosmic. I truly had a life changing experience here. The food the place, the practice and journey has been amazing. This place is beyond my wildest imagination. I have traveled the world, trained with a lot of teachers and done a previous ashtanga TTC in India, but what Coco and her team has managed to create here is pure magic. There is an abundance of love and personality in all the details of this ashram. Everyday we would wake up to the Shala filled with candles and incense. We’d get deep adjustments from Coco and her team (special thanks to Josh) during our Mysore practice, unbelievable fresh and yummy vegan food, music and transformational ceremonies.

I’ve participated in a 200h yoga teacher training course in August 2020 with Coco and there’s no words that would be enough to express how much I loved my experience. It was life changing for me. I felt like I was getting years of personal development in only a month. The course was really complete, including not just a yoga formation ,but also temazcal, kirtan, sound healing, cacao ceremony and optional bufo, kambo and ayahuasca ceremonies. The warm environment Coco created in the ashram made me feel home, surrounded by my brothers and sisters. The dedication of Coco is remarkable, she gives all of herself to help her students grow and this has simply no price. I’m so grateful for the learnings I got there and I would recommend One Breath of Yoga without hesitation to anyone looking for personal growth . Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the beautiful people that made it possible !

The next thing I know I have moved to Puerto Morelos 🧘🏻♂️😊 If you are sincere in your desire to truly work on yourself then you will find no better place to do so. Daily Ashtanga, ceremonies, amazing food and living amongst beautiful nature. Coco has created a heaven in the jungle 🙂 Thankyou for everything you have done for me, I love you so much! Gracias mi profesora!
