Community Retreat Day

A day to gather as a community at the ashram.
On this Sunday the house opens its doors to everyone: those staying at the ashram, friends from Puerto Morelos and the Riviera Maya, and anyone passing through. You do not need to be part of a retreat to join.
The day
Practice. We begin together with a led Ashtanga Primary Series class. All levels are welcome.
Ceremony. Then we gather in ceremony: temazcal, cacao or kirtan.
Shared meal. We close the day around the table, together.
