Noya Rao Dieta

May 16, 2027 - May 26, 2027

Ten days of quiet, deep work with Noya Rao, the Tree of Light.

A dieta is not a diet as in restriction. It is a structured way of entering into relationship with a specific plant spirit, through discipline, intention and the willingness to be still long enough to listen. You follow guidelines, eat simply and fast on some days, practise yoga each morning as the jungle wakes, and sit in ceremony. Through it all, a conversation builds between you and the plant that cannot be rushed, only opened to.

Noya Rao, the Tree of Light

In Shipibo, Noya means flying and Rao means plant spirit. She works underneath, on the places where trust closed and love contracted. What people describe after a Noya Rao dieta is a dissolving, a return to something they had stopped believing was still theirs. In the Mahua Shipibo lineage, dieting with her bark is essential on the path of the healer.

The ceremonies

Four ayahuasca ceremonies across the ten days, each moving through a different quality of work: healing, alignment and protection. Around them, daily yoga holds the body, with temazcal, a cenote visit, a flower bath, sound healing, breathwork and a sharing circle with the maestros, to bring what opens into the body, into language and into the days that follow.

Accompanied throughout

A private consultation before you arrive, a dieta instruction session, and Pamela present every day from beginning to end, together with Coco. The dieta closes with a ceremony and post-dieta guidance. Private room with private bathroom and simple, dieta-friendly meals throughout.

What brings people here is not experience or readiness, but the pull towards something real. If that resonates, you are in the right place.
