SUMMARY:Ashram Immersion
DESCRIPTION:What if this was the time you finally came back to yourself? \nFor one week or the whole month\, the ashram opens its doors for an immersion into Ashtanga yoga\, Mysore practice and community living. A chance to step away from the rhythm of everyday life and give time to yourself: to deepen your practice\, quieten the mind\, and reconnect with your body and the nature around you. You are received as you are\, with your level\, your needs and your timing. \nMonday to Friday\nEach morning begins with Mysore-style Ashtanga\, followed by breakfast together. Later in the morning\, a two-hour workshop explores a different dimension of the practice each day: philosophy\, pranayama\, asana technique\, meditation\, chanting and the deeper study of the Ashtanga lineage. Afternoons are free\, to rest\, study\, explore the jungle and pools\, or simply slow down. \nSundays\nA fuller day of practice and ceremony: a led Primary Series class\, temazcal\, cacao or kirtan\, and meals together. \nLiving the practice\nMore than practising every morning\, this is a chance to live the practice: to step away from distraction\, build discipline and routine\, and spend time surrounded by nature and community. You can stay at the ashram or join each day from nearby. \nFor those who feel called\, ayahuasca\, kambo and bufo ceremonies are also possible during the immersion. They are optional\, not included in the immersion price\, and follow our usual screening and preparation. \nFull details and booking →

SUMMARY:Sacred Flow Retreat
DESCRIPTION:One week in the Mayan jungle. Stillness\, practice and ceremony\, held by a community that quickly starts to feel like home. \nThis retreat is for you if you feel you are at a turning point: you sense that something different is possible\, even if you cannot name it yet. You may have practised yoga for years or never set foot on a mat. You may have been curious about plant medicine for a long time\, or the idea may still feel unfamiliar. What brings people here is not a background\, but a feeling\, and the willingness to follow it somewhere real. \nThe practice\nEach morning begins in the open-air shala with Ashtanga Vinyasa\, guided and Mysore style\, taught by Coco\, founder of the ashram and a practitioner and teacher of this lineage for over twenty years. Guided meditation runs through the week\, a space to settle and integrate what the body is moving through. The teaching adapts to the person\, not the other way around. \nThe ceremonies\nThe practice holds you in the body. The ceremonies bring you into a deeper connection with yourself\, with nature\, and with what has been waiting beneath the noise of everyday life. Ayahuasca\, temazcal\, cacao and other plant medicine rituals are held by Pamela\, with preparation and integration before and after each one. Participation is always optional; you choose your own path. \nLife at the house\nFoko cooks two vegan and vegetarian meals a day. There is music in the air\, evenings settle into quiet\, and you share the ashram with volunteers\, musicians and practitioners\, some of whom came for a week and are still here years later. Private room with private bathroom\, two pools\, ceremony space and bikes. \nFull details and booking →

SUMMARY:Ayafes: IFS Therapy & Ayahuasca Retreat
DESCRIPTION:Step away from the noise. Come home to yourself. \nAyafes is a 9-week journey where psychotherapy meets sacred medicine. It is for anyone who lives a lot in their head (overthinking\, striving\, holding everything together) and is ready to move towards a quieter mind\, a steadier heart and a deeper trust in life. \nThe journey is guided by Blanca Dasí\, a certified Level 3 IFS practitioner. Internal Family Systems therapy works with the different parts of us: the ones that protect\, the ones that resist\, the ones that push. Here it is held together with the sacred medicine of the Amazon. \nThree phases\nSee it · 4 weeks online. Every transformation begins with safety. Before you travel\, you begin to meet the parts of you that protect\, resist or push\, through guided meditations\, live group calls and body-based practices\, so that trust is built before ceremony. \nFace it · 1 week at One Breath. A sacred pause in the jungle. Not an escape from your life\, but a return to the parts of yourself you have been avoiding. The week includes two ayahuasca ceremonies held by Pamela\, daily IFS integration\, morning yoga and meditation\, sound healing\, breathwork\, cacao and hapé\, and Ayurvedic meals cooked by Foko. \nLove it · 4 weeks online. Transformation deepens when you return home. Integration calls\, community support and IFS practices help you bring what you learned into everyday life\, so you are supported but never dependent. \nJoining starts with a consultation call with Blanca. \nFull details and booking →

SUMMARY:Noya Rao Dieta
DESCRIPTION:Ten days of quiet\, deep work with Noya Rao\, the Tree of Light. \nA dieta is not a diet as in restriction. It is a structured way of entering into relationship with a specific plant spirit\, through discipline\, intention and the willingness to be still long enough to listen. You follow guidelines\, eat simply and fast on some days\, practise yoga each morning as the jungle wakes\, and sit in ceremony. Through it all\, a conversation builds between you and the plant that cannot be rushed\, only opened to. \nNoya Rao\, the Tree of Light\nIn Shipibo\, Noya means flying and Rao means plant spirit. She works underneath\, on the places where trust closed and love contracted. What people describe after a Noya Rao dieta is a dissolving\, a return to something they had stopped believing was still theirs. In the Mahua Shipibo lineage\, dieting with her bark is essential on the path of the healer. \nThe ceremonies\nFour ayahuasca ceremonies across the ten days\, each moving through a different quality of work: healing\, alignment and protection. Around them\, daily yoga holds the body\, with temazcal\, a cenote visit\, a flower bath\, sound healing\, breathwork and a sharing circle with the maestros\, to bring what opens into the body\, into language and into the days that follow. \nAccompanied throughout\nA private consultation before you arrive\, a dieta instruction session\, and Pamela present every day from beginning to end\, together with Coco. The dieta closes with a ceremony and post-dieta guidance. Private room with private bathroom and simple\, dieta-friendly meals throughout. \nWhat brings people here is not experience or readiness\, but the pull towards something real. If that resonates\, you are in the right place. \nFull details and booking →
