There is no pressure to produce anything specific\, just room for expression to arise honestly. \nA day at the retreat\nMorning. An optional sunrise beach walk or yoga\, then journaling and vocal warm-ups to reconnect with body and voice. \nMidday. Guided tools for musical expression (melody improvisation\, lyric prompts\, rhythm exercises)\, followed by long solo creation blocks with optional one-to-one support. \nAfternoon. More creation time\, and sharing circles where you can offer what you have made if you choose\, with gentle feedback. \nEvening. Cacao ceremony\, group singing and a fire circle to close the day together. \nYour guides\nAmit is a musician\, songwriter and facilitator working where rhythm\, voice and musical expression meet.
